What are the conditions for Taoism to accept disciples?
1. Disciples studying Taoism:
Disciples who study Taoism are also called converted disciples. Short for students, students who have never been formally apprenticed to the teacher can learn from the teacher as long as they pay a certain tuition fee. Of course, due to special opportunities, Master does not charge. A disciple who studies Taoism can't preach that his teacher is his teacher, but only a teacher. Master only has the obligation to "teach" his disciples, and has no other obligations and responsibilities.
2. Junior disciple:
Beginners, literally, in the past, the house had a courtyard and an inner room. The "Beginner Disciple" just entered the courtyard gate and became a member (disciple) of this sect, but he was not allowed to enter the "inner room" at will.
Beginners are different from Taoists. They need to formally learn from their teachers and abide by the rules of this school. Master has certain requirements for beginners, such as good moral character, certain talent, certain economic foundation, good attitude and mentality, savvy, and willingness to contribute to our school.
Beginners often come from disciples who study Taoism, and some are introduced by middlemen. On another occasion, Master took a fancy to them and took them on his own initiative.
3. Disciples who entered the room
A disciple who entered the room won the favor and recognition of Master among many beginners, and obtained the unique skills and secrets of Master not to pass on to other disciples, so as to become a direct disciple or successor of Master in the future.
4. disciples
Disciples are also generally called "personal disciples", that is, the younger generation taught by Master himself.
5. Close disciple
Closed disciple refers to the last disciple. After this apprentice closes the door, he will "close the door" and no longer accept his apprentice.
Taoism is a native religion in China, with "Tao" as its highest belief.
Taoism is based on the Taoist thoughts of Huang He and Lao, and has inherited the immortal magic since the Warring States Period. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, a large number of Taoist organizations appeared, including Taiping Dao and Wudoumi Dao.
Zhang Daoling, the ancestor of Shi Tian, officially founded the Youth League, with a history of 1800 years. Taoism is a polytheistic worship, and the worship of immortals is the personification of Taoism's belief in "Tao".
Taoists are Taoist clergy, and there are more than 30,000 Taoists in China. Temples are places for Taoist activities, and there are more than 2,000 registered temples in China.
