When regularly verifying the original social insurance registration certificate, the enterprise requires that the number of people participating in social insurance, the total amount of wages paid, the amount paid and the unpaid social insurance premiums be included in the annual report of the enterprise, and the enterprise will report to the industrial and commercial department and publicize it to the public.

At the same time, after receiving the enterprise social insurance registration information shared by the industrial and commercial departments, the social insurance agency should remind and urge the enterprises that have handled the "five certificates in one" business license to go to the social insurance agency in time to handle the insurance registration procedures for employees within 30 days after employment. Failing to go through the registration procedures for employees' insurance within the time limit, the agency shall request the relevant departments to require the employer to fulfill the obligations of employees' insurance payment according to law.
