The information of Huang family in Yanshan, southern Fujian, that is, Yanshan School.

Fujian Huang has many sources. As one of the tortoise surnames who entered Fujian, its pedigree is very extensive, and there have always been many studies on Huang. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a clan survey of the Huang family in Quanzhou. Different from other Huang clans in Fujian, this clan entered Fujian late and its origin is quite different, and its development process is also worth discussing. There is little research on the Huang family in Yanshan, and only a few works are involved. For example, Wu mentioned Huang's surname in Fengzhou, Nan 'an, outside the west gate of Quanzhou in "A Brief History of Western Religion in Ancient Quanzhou". There have always been many works on clan studies, so I won't go into details in this article. Huang, the ancestor of Huang in Yanshan, Nan 'an, Quanzhou, was born in Daxing County, Shuntianfu, Yanjing (now Beijing) in Yuan Dynasty. His surname is Ansa, and his name is Zhen. He was born on June 16th, the 6th year of Chunyou in Song Lizong (1246). In the seventeenth year of the Yuan Dynasty (1280), he was admitted to the middle school. After Huang entered Fujian, his footprints were not far from the southeast coast of Fujian. Tai died on the first day of April in the third year (1326) and was buried in West Lion Mountain in Nan 'an County. He naturalized in Nan 'an and became the ancestor of Huang's Yanshan School in Nan 'an, with "Yanshan" as the signal.

Today, the Huang family in Yanshan has become a large local family, and its development process is an important content worthy of discussion. Its formation process can be roughly divided into immigration period, clan formation period and post-clan development period, and then the clan development period can be divided into clan decline period, clan foothold period and clan expansion period.
