The May Day holiday in 2020 will be arranged from May/KLOC-0 to May 3.

Introduction to the May Day holiday:

1September 1999 18, the State Council, China, issued "the State Council's Decision on Amending the National Holiday and Remembrance Day Holidays", which was first issued by the China Municipal Council on February 23,1949, making the Spring Festival, May Day and National Day legal every year.

On June 5438+February 65438+February 4, 2007, the State Council City, China revised the National Festival and Memorial Day for the second time, and adjusted the start time of the Spring Festival holiday from the first day of the first lunar month to New Year's Eve; "May Day" was adjusted from 7 days to 3 days, a decrease of 4 days; Tomb-Sweeping Day, Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival are added as legal holidays, with 3 days off each. May Day Golden Week will also become history. Since 2008, the May Day Golden Week has become a three-day holiday.

According to the Decision of the State Council on Amending the Measures for Holidays on National Day and Memorial Day, May 2008 1 Day, International Labor Day: May 1-3, lasting for 3 days. Among them, May 1 is a legal holiday, May 3rd (Saturday) is a public holiday, and May 4th (Sunday) is transferred to work on May 2nd (Friday) and May 4th (Sunday).

According to "National Holidays and Remembrance Days" and the notice of the General Office of the State Council, the specific arrangement for the May Day holiday in 2009 is: May 1 3, with a total of 3 days. Among them, May 1 (Friday) is a legal holiday, May 2 (Saturday) and May 3 (Sunday) are public holidays, and I go to work on May 4 (Monday).
