How many solar terms are there in traditional Chinese calendar years?

According to the laws of seasonal change and climate change, the ancients divided the 365 days and 1/4 days of a one-year-old solar year into 24 solar terms, such as beginning of spring, rain and fright. These solar terms are divided evenly at first, and each solar term is 15.22 days on average. According to the speed of the sun's movement, some descendants stipulate that it is 14 days (for example, around the winter solstice), while others stipulate that it exceeds 16 days (around the summer solstice). The names and order of the 24 solar terms are as follows:

The first month: rain in early spring, the second month: vernal equinox, the third month: Qingming Grain Rain, the fourth month: Xiaoman in long summer, the fifth month: summer solstice in long mountain, the sixth month: mild summer high temperature, the seventh month: summer high temperature in early autumn, the eighth month: white dew and autumn equinox, and the ninth month: cold dew in early frost.

This set of solar terms first appeared in Huainanzi Astronomical Training. The ancient name of Jing Zhe is "Qi Zhe", but the name of Jing Di was taboo in Han Dynasty. The collocation of 24 solar terms and months is not absolutely fixed. Because solar terms follow the solar year, they have nothing to do with the new moon.

The ancients originally divided the twenty-four solar terms into solar terms and neutral gas. For example, beginning of spring is in the first month, it rains in the first month, it wakes up in February, the vernal equinox is in the middle of February, and so on. There is a certain relationship between the subdivision of solar terms and leap. Because it takes about 30.5 days to add 1 solar term and 1 neutral gas, which is longer than a new moon, the monthly solar term and neutral gas will be delayed by 1 to 2 days from last month, and only the solar term will be delayed to a certain month, and then this month will be a leap. Therefore, the ancients said that "leap month is not neutral."

There are solar terms and neutral atmosphere in the solar calendar every month. The 6th and 2 1 in the first half of the year are festivals, and the 8th and 23rd in the second half of the year are festivals.
