What are the application conditions for social security subsidies for small and micro enterprises in Shenzhen?

Small and micro enterprises, social organizations, small and micro law firms and small and micro accounting firms that meet the following conditions may voluntarily apply for subsidies (except labor dispatch units):

(1) Small and micro enterprises: refers to the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on Classification Standards for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology No.300 [20 1 1]) and the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Statistical Classification Measures for Large, Medium and Small Enterprises (20 17) ()

(2) Social organizations refer to legal entities established for public welfare or other non-profit purposes and registered with the civil affairs department of this Municipality, including social organizations, foundations and social service institutions (private non-enterprise units). Among them, social service institutions include private pension institutions, private medical institutions and private schools.

(3) Small and micro law firms and small and micro accounting firms: refer to the relevant employment subsidy policies enjoyed by enterprises, and refer to the "business service industry" provisions in the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on Classification Standards for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (No.300 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [201]). Workers employed in the above-mentioned units are deemed to be employed in enterprises.
