In what year does the Gregorian calendar have February 30th?

This situation is actually very common. February from 2000 to 2005 is a big month with 30 days. The same is true in 2009; Then 20 14 and 15 have 30 days left.

Lunar calendar in 2004, 2023 and 2042 are all leap February, but there are no two lunar birthdays. Birthdays are counted only in the first month. I was born in February, and I will celebrate my birthday in February.
