Wang Yanling, female, Han nationality,1born in September 1962, from Neihuang County, Henan Province,1joined the China * * * production party in July 1982, and1joined the work in August 1983. Graduated from Nanjing Agricultural University, majoring in animal physiology and biochemistry, doctoral supervisor. He has served as President of Henan Agricultural University, Deputy Secretary of Puyang Municipal Committee, Acting Mayor and Mayor, Secretary of Working Committee of Colleges and Universities of Henan Provincial Committee, and Director of Education Department of Henan Province. He is currently the vice governor of Henan Provincial People's Government. Responsible for human resources and social security, population and family planning, health, market supervision and management.
