How about Jianshui Tuanshan Village in Yunnan? Brief introduction of Tuanshan village
Starting from the Zhangjia Ancestral Temple in Tuanshan, walk a few hundred meters along the uneven stone post road that the caravan passed, cross the stone arch bridge "Wang Fu Bridge" that women are eager to see you return, and they come to a small station with French architectural style on the Yunnan-Vietnam Railway.
Tuanshan people don't want to miss the chance to relive nostalgia and retro glory, so they still like to take the slow train when they go out. Because their parents came here by train a hundred years ago, they transported an old tin to Haiphong, Vietnam, and then to Hong Kong and made a fortune.
Tuanshan is a rare well-preserved but neglected model of Yunnan traditional fence to protect villages. It is located in Yunnan, southwest of China.
When you enter the village, you will see the old village of Tuanshan standing quietly and solemnly in the inverted arch of the newly-built house. A bluestone road leads directly to the east gate of Laozhai, and there are two bluestone roads around the village next to the east gate.
Stepping into the east gate on the slate, the bluestone alley that comes into view is like a visit, which took us 600 years ago.
Although Tuanshan became a mining center at the end of14th century, most of the well-preserved houses, porches, temples, ancestral halls and walled villages in Tuanshan were built in19th century and 20th century. At this time, the prosperity of this village benefited from the expansion of trade in Southeast Asia and the completion of the Yunnan-Vietnam Railway.
In the early days of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Japanese invaders occupied the coastal areas of French Indian zhina, Annam (that is, Viet Nam), and Hong Kong soon fell. Tuanshan was unable to exchange a large amount of tin for foreign exchange and soon declined. After liberation, the landlords divided the fields and mines into state-owned, and Tuanshan never recovered.
Enter Nanzhaimen, stroll along the winding stone road to visit the people, and shuttle between the First Courtyard, the Second Courtyard, the Third Courtyard and the traditional building courtyards such as "four entrances and five patios", "three squares and one wall" and "Happy Horse Corner Building", and enjoy the ancient and primitive Yi people's earthen palm houses, tile houses with the combination of Han and Yi, and more houses with typical China traditional central plains architectural style.
There are expensive woodcarving windows; There are complex wood carvings, stone carvings and stone brick carvings.
Touch-carved lattice door and window sash and Shi Zhuan sculpture; Taste dazzling paintings, calligraphy, couplets and poems. Then you can immediately understand why Tuanshan is also called "the ancient city of Loulan, Yunnan" and "comparable to Huizhou" and is included in the "World Cultural Heritage" list.
Although according to people's household standards, Tuanshan folk houses may be a little too luxurious, but they retain the fine products of China's traditional architectural style and are of considerable value.
In particular, the rich Tuanshan people also described the traditional culture and ethics of China in their houses, which is more valuable for future generations.
The glory of mining, business and fighting in the south and the north has long since become a thing of the past. Nowadays, in addition to Tomb-Sweeping Day standing in groups on the old calendar and holding grand ancestor worship activities in strict accordance with the old adage, Tuanshan people are still endlessly telling stories of the past and enjoying the good times that are gone forever.
They can't face the reality and get out of the loss, because their biological clocks always stay in the past. Let outsiders share their past luxury and wealth, and Tuanshan people are not stingy, so that they can get rid of today's embarrassment and predicament.
