The first emperor in history was Qin Shihuang. How did he come up with this title? Where did it come from?

The Qin Dynasty was the first dynasty to unify the whole country, and its king Qin Shihuang contributed greatly, and China also officially changed from a slave society to a feudal society. Qin Shihuang, who unified the six countries, felt that he had "contributed to Huang San and respected the five emperors", so he gave himself a unique title of "Emperor" to show his great achievements. No matter in Xia, Shang, Zhou or Warring States, monarchs of all countries were called "kings", and Huang Sanhe and Wudi were more famous than these kings.
