What kind of toilet does the average family use?

There are two main types of toilets used in general families, namely, straight flush toilets and siphon toilets.

1 toilet

The toilet uses the impulse of water flow to discharge feces. Generally, the pool wall is steep, the water storage area is small, the hydraulic power is concentrated, and the head around the toilet seat is hydraulically increased, so the flushing efficiency is high.

Advantages: The flush pipe Road of the toilet is simple, with short path and thick pipe diameter. The toilet can be washed clean by using the gravity acceleration of water, and the washing process is very short. Compared with siphon toilet, the toilet has no return elbow, so it is easy to flush down larger dirt and is not easy to cause blockage during flushing. There is no need to prepare a wastebasket in the bathroom.

Disadvantages: One of the major defects of the straight flush toilet is its loud flushing sound, and its deodorization function is not as good as that of the siphon toilet because of its small water storage surface. In addition, there are fewer types of flush toilets on the market at present, and the selection surface is not as large as that of siphon toilets.

2. Siphon toilet

The structure of siphon toilet is that the drain pipe is ∠. When the drain pipe is full of water, there will be a certain water level difference, and the toilet will be discharged through the suction generated by the washing water in the sewage pipe in the toilet. Because the siphon toilet is not flushed by the impulse of water flow, the water level in the pool is large and the flushing noise is low. Siphon toilets are also divided into vortex siphon and jet siphon.

Advantages: the biggest advantage of siphon toilet is low flushing noise, which is called mute. In terms of flushing ability, siphon can easily wash away the dirt adhered to the toilet surface, because siphon has higher water storage capacity and better deodorization effect than straight flush type. There are many kinds of siphon toilets on the market now, so there will be more choices to buy toilets.

Disadvantages: Siphon toilets should be flushed to a very high water level before the dirt is washed down. Therefore, a certain amount of water is needed to achieve the purpose of washing, and at least 8 liters to 9 liters of water are used at a time, which is relatively expensive. Siphon drain pipes are about 5 or 6 cm in diameter, which is easy to block when flushing, so when installing siphon toilets, they are usually equipped with a wastebasket and a bucket.

Precautions for bathroom installation

1, the toilet sewage pipe should be made of materials required by national standards, and the inner wall of the pipe is smooth, flat and crack-free. Its internal pipes are equipped with odor-resistant water seals, so there is no need to set elbows on the sewage pipes to avoid affecting the flushing function.

2. When glue or mortar is applied to the bottom of the toilet, the ratio of cement to sand is 1: 3, and the ground must be level. After installation, be sure to turn on the water source to see whether the water inlet and sealing degree are normal, whether the drainage and installation positions correspond, and whether there will be leakage.

3. The pit spacing in the bathroom is 200mm, 305mm, 400mm, 580mm, etc. When measuring pit spacing, the thickness of ceramic tile should be considered. Generally, the diameter of sewer pipe is 1 10mm, and the outlet diameter of franc is 70mm, with 40mm adjustable in the middle.
