Neihuang County is located in the north of Henan Province and belongs to Anyang City, Henan Province. It is adjacent to Weixian County in Hebei Province in the north, Puyang and Qingfeng in the east, hua county and Hebi Xun County in the south, Anyang and Tangyin in the west.
