Can you overtake on the right side of the expressway?

Overtaking on the right is illegal driving.

Measures for the Administration of Highway Traffic in People's Republic of China (PRC) Article 17 When a motor vehicle runs normally on the highway, it must comply with the following provisions:

(a) are not allowed to reverse, retrograde, are not allowed to cross the central divider to turn around or turn;

(two) are not allowed to test and learn to drive a motor vehicle;

(three) are not allowed to overtake or stop on the ramp, acceleration lane or deceleration lane;

(four) are not allowed to ride in the overtaking lane, lane dividing line and continuous driving;

(5) No overtaking on the right;

(six) in addition to obstacles, failures and other circumstances that must be stopped, it is not allowed to stop, stand or load and unload goods at will;

(seven) in addition to driving into or out of the emergency parking area and shoulder, are not allowed to drive in the emergency parking area and shoulder.
