Why isn't Tong Sheng called Shu Tong?
Tongsheng was originally called "the general book", but Tongsheng is just an ordinary name, because people and things in Guangdong should focus on this meaning. In Cantonese, the word "book" is the same as the word "defeat", and the word "defeat" is changed to "victory" because many contents in the book, such as astronomy, geography and enlightenment textbooks, are relatively easy to understand, so it is called "total".
Tongsheng refers to the yellow calendar. Most of the published children are from Hong Kong. Hong Kong not only records the daily Gregorian calendar, summer calendar date, official expenditure, solar terms, taboos and festivals (mostly traditional festivals, some of which are even unheard of), but also records solar and lunar eclipses.
