In ancient times, "meetings" of different dynasties, places, institutions and natures had different names. In the imperial court, officials coming to the DPRK for deliberation are called "the DPRK". A meeting between countries to conclude a Covenant is called an alliance. In the history books, you can find many "meetings" with different names, some of which are still used in some occasions.
