What's the point of inviting Buddha statues?

Question 1: What's the point of inviting Buddha home? I'm still good at it. In fact, you can invite any Buddha, but I suggest you invite Amitabha or Guanyin. There is no need to have a shrine, but it must be provided in a clean place, such as a bedroom or kitchen. It's best not to face the bathroom or lean back against it.

It is best to sit south facing north, followed by sitting west facing east. This kind of seat is better, and the height must be higher than our waist, preferably out of the reach of children, so as not to get it on the ground! Of course not with you, Buddha doesn't talk about it.

Also, you can supply a glass of water and change it every day. The water you need to change can be poured into your cup, and burning incense is voluntary. You can light one or three cigarettes or provide a lamp.

It's the eighth, fifteenth and nineteenth day of the second lunar month. These are important Buddhist festivals. You can invite them, or you can go to the temple to find a mage to hide Buddha. There are a lot of things to be loaded in it!

Offering Buddha also has great merits. I admire your heart with joy! amitabha

Question 2: What's the point of wanting a Buddha statue? This problem is too complicated, so I will simply say it with my own ideas, which has no basis.

First of all, we should start with why the invitation is out of our own love, or is suggested or requested by others, and what to do after the invitation.

I think if there is no Buddhist reason, it is best to know, understand and learn to a certain extent before inviting. Of course, it doesn't mean that you can't invite people without reaching a certain level.

Besides, is there a statue of Buddha and Bodhisattva at home? If we want to compare the size of the statues in the house, the Buddha statue is bigger and taller than the Bodhisattva statue.

It is best not to invite the same kind, for example, if there is Guanyin Bodhisattva, don't invite Guanyin Bodhisattva again. Don't talk too much, the more you talk, the more you talk. If you are asking for something, ask what else you need and what your purpose is.

I think it's all the same whether it can be opened or not, and I think it's better if it can't be opened, because I will wholeheartedly consider it a Buddha or a bodhisattva, because some openings are-

It is best for portraits to be covered with plastic film, which will not oxidize porcelain statues for fear of bumping against bronze statues, and will also oxidize wood statues for rust due to moisture. It is best that iron is easy to rust, and there are fewer jadeites on the market. High cost, gold is too expensive. It's best to decorate flowers or cross stitch by yourself, because making Buddha statues is also a kind of ability and technology. Self-sufficiency can save money to buy Buddha statues, and give them selflessly and freely to disaster areas that really need material help, which is equivalent to helping Buddha and Bodhisattva.

Question 3: Precautions for placing Buddha statues What are the precautions for worshipping Buddha statues in Yangzhai?

First, if the Buddha statue in Yangzhai is odd, the odd number is Yang. 1, 3, 5, can't be even, the house is even.

Second, the Buddha statue should be placed so that it faces the gate or floor-to-ceiling window, and the window on the side of the Buddha statue can be seen again.

Third, the Buddha statue should be placed on the table, facing away from it, and cannot be suspended. The size from the ground to the desktop and the width of the Buddha table should be in red letters of meters. Leave the same width on both sides of the Buddha platform. If there is no rice, I will give you a reference value, and the size is set in multiples of 2 1cm.

Fourth, the back of the Buddha statue cannot be a toilet or kitchen, nor can it be an adult master bedroom.

Five, there can be no beam above the Buddha statue. If there is a beam, the solution is to install three spotlights on the beam to illuminate the direction of the beam.

Sixth, there should be no doorway on the side of the Buddha statue. The solution is to add a screen.

Seventh, the height of the Buddha statue is higher than the height of self-reliance.

Eight, when offering more than three Buddha statues, there must be primary and secondary. The venerable person should have a higher waist and the largest furnace supply; The second one is around the front, slightly lower and smaller.

Nine, the stove should not be close to the Buddha's foot, but a little farther away.

In front of the Tenuto Buddha table, you can't go near the fish tank or the lucky pot.

Please choose the place of worship according to the above principles.

Question 4: What are the precautions for placing Buddha statues at home?

If conditions permit, it is best to worship a Buddhist platform at home and invite a Guanyin bodhisattva.

The basic requirements of the Buddhist pagoda are: 1. Don't go near the toilet (the toilet at home should be closed at ordinary times) Don't face the kitchen. 3. Don't put it on TV. 4. The position should not be too low or too high, that is, the position where people stand and look up slightly (if it is too low, you can raise the Buddha's platform with a more solemn and beautiful box). 5. Have an oil lamp and water (several buddhas and bodhisattvas should have several glasses of water, and the water should be changed once a day, and you should not touch the cup with your mouth). 6. Have a censer and burn incense once every morning and evening. It is best to fix the time of incense. The best time for incense is 6: 00, 8: 00 and 10 in the morning and evening. Conditional can provide fresh fruits and flowers; The orientation of the Buddhist platform is best to sit south facing north (southern hemisphere) or sit north facing south (northern hemisphere), and other orientations are also acceptable.

Question 5: What should I pay attention to when hanging Buddha statues at home?

If conditions permit, it is best to worship a Buddhist platform at home and invite a Guanyin bodhisattva.

Question 6: What are the rules for worshipping Bodhisattva? Some matters needing attention in burning incense and worshiping Buddha.

Note: incense should not be called "buy", but "please"

Precautions for burning incense:

There are many bodhisattvas in the temple. You can worship them one by one if you like. If time doesn't allow, all you have to do is burn them in front of the Ursa major. The steps are as follows:

Please buy your own incense, others can't pay.

It's best to burn incense with your own fire (three is enough, and you don't need to burn a lot of incense), face the main entrance of the main hall (you can't burn incense in the main hall for fire prevention now), gently hold three Qing Xiang in your hands (the man's left hand is on the top, the right hand is on the bottom, and the woman is on the other hand), and suddenly mention the top, and the burning fire will go out immediately. Never blow it out with your mouth.

When you burn incense, burn incense first and then worship. Many people hold a handful of incense and worship everywhere. There are hot incense ashes everywhere in the temple, and the thick smoke makes people's eyes hard to open. They think that the higher the fragrance, the more sincere the heart. These are expressions that they don't understand. In fact, three incense sticks are enough, and you can worship in one furnace. When "a furnace of ten thousand buddhas" passes by without a Buddhist temple, just cross your hands and worship three times. There are not many Buddhists at all.

Hold the incense as high as your forehead, close your eyes and make a wish; Then worship three times. (The height of incense cannot be lower than the lower body. )

Turn right, facing east (usually the main hall door faces south), make a wish in the third step, and worship three times; Then face south and face north.

After the worship, you can put incense in the incense burner. Note: burn incense with your left hand, because your right hand kills you, and your left hand should be relatively peaceful. You shouldn't throw it into the incense burner.

Don't burn incense when a woman has her period.

Burning incense in the temple is to light your heart, and lighting a lamp is to light your heart. At this time, you can get the blessing of Buddha and Bodhisattva, thus gaining wisdom and so on. So you can burn one, two, three at most. No need to burn more. When you enter the temple to burn incense, you can bring it with you or buy it from outside. However, incense is usually found in the main hall and can be used directly. If economic conditions permit, you can put some merit money into the merit box. If it's hard, don't worry that the Bodhisattva won't blame you. You have the same merit in worshipping Buddha.

But many people who have seen Buddhism please hang a rosary around their necks. Master said that most people can't afford it. So I hope that if a friend invites a rosary in the future, please bring it.

Burn three incense, one for Buddha, one for dharma and one for monk;

In the middle of the cushion in the temple, it is for family members to worship Buddha. In the family, men bow their heads with the left one and women with the right one.

Walk clockwise in the temple to worship Buddha.

Try not to walk in the middle before entering the temple, along the edge of the stairs, men are left and women are right, and try not to walk through the main entrance, because the door of the night abbot enters from the main entrance, while the novice monk enters from the side entrance, so in order to be consistent with the temple, everyone tries to enter from the side entrance, men are left and women are right, crossing their right feet as much as possible when entering, and going out from the side entrance without stepping on the threshold (generally, the threshold of the temple is very high). Never step on the threshold when you enter the temple gate. It is said that the threshold is God's shoulder or something, and stepping on it is disrespectful. )

First of all, be pious, be honest and keep your hands clean. Don't make noise and say irrelevant "nagging" in the temple. Don't point your finger at the Buddha statue. Don't make noise and say disrespectful things. More importantly, you can't make a wish casually, because you must keep it. If you are not sure, don't make a wish. Don't ask for wealth, Buddha didn't bless you to get rich. You can seek peace and health. Don't just promise to give the Buddha something to support and then forget it. Buddha does not dispute your fragrance. This statement tells us not to make promises at will. The so-called life must be carried out as promised. It should be these lies that annoy the Buddha.

Don't cross the futon, because it will also give people an unconscious feeling, and it is impolite to stand in front of the pilgrims who are burning incense when you worship in the future, because it may make others feel (verbally), greedy, (verbally) and stupid, which are the three poisons on the road to practice. It is difficult to see the truth if the three poisons are not extinguished.

To make a wish in Taoist temple is to realize it. Come back after a year's wish has come true. Just go in and ask someone. If you don't make a wish, just worship, then you don't have to. Generally speaking, monasteries don't have to make a wish, but you'd better make a wish and do a lot of good deeds. Make a wish. Make your own wish.

Without the consent of the temple, you may not pick flowers and fruits within the management scope of the temple, or take offerings and other things without permission. This is also a wrong behavior. It's called "four places to steal" and you'll get the result.

Don't eat meat in the temple.

Scriptures are usually distributed in temples. Don't forget to invite a few. What is more precious than scripture in the world? > & gt

Question 7: If you ask Buddha and Bodhisattva for light, please go home. Please cover the Buddha and Bodhisattva with red cloth on your way home.

Buddhas and Bodhisattvas can only face east or north.

It is best to put two pots of flowers on each side of the Buddha and Bodhisattva.

After placing, light three incense sticks.

Read out: fragrant flowers are welcome, fragrant flowers are welcome, and xx Buddha (Bodhisattva xx) is respectfully invited to be located in my home.

Knock three heads at last.

PS: It's best to go to the city Buddhist Association or the provincial Buddhist Association, not to the commercial temples.

Question 8: Is there anything we should pay attention to when we invite Buddhists and Bodhisattvas at home? What is the best bodhisattva to invite at home? Please understand the guidance of people, thank you! Do you have a book? You'd better not be invited. As long as you cultivate your mind, don't you want money, officials and fame? In that case, it must not be seeking Buddha and Bodhisattva, but seeking demons! The Buddha is in your heart, and you have a Buddha in your heart. Just pick up a stone on the road and put it back! If you are pursuing fame and fortune, or eliminating disasters and diseases, this is a machine, so the Buddha statue you bought at 6,543,800 yuan is also a magic weapon! Once these things are brought back, it is not so easy to want them. In the past, it was easier to pray to God than to send them away. You got it?

If you are a sincere practitioner, please go back and let them know that you are practicing. But as long as you practice sincerely, all the gods will clear the way for you. You don't need to do anything like human beings, but how strong your own will is, which determines your own confidence.

I hope you can understand what I mean.

Question 9: How to send the invited Buddha to the temple? What's the point? Of course, it is a great merit to send the Buddha into the temple and get support from all beings.

Send it directly, which means it will be enough to support the temple after opening. Do the key Buddha statues conform to the characteristics of Thai Buddha statues?

Why not send it to domestic temples?
