How to analyze the metallographic structure of magnesium alloy

Metallographic analysis of magnesium alloys should be simple. Because the composition of magnesium alloy is relatively small, except for the solid solution of magnesium matrix, it is precipitated phase or divorced eutectic phase! But from this picture, your grain size is very small, and it should be a metallographic structure after solid solution or even aging. As for the detailed analysis, we can combine SEM, EDS and XRD. It is untenable to say what is what from the metallographic photos.
