However, you didn't explain in this question that "(4) the ball should always be above the table and outside the server's end line from the time of serving to the time of hitting the ball", and this "outside the end line" is the key, because even if the table tennis serves sideways, the contact point between the racket and the ball is outside the server's end line, which is a reasonable service.
