When will the dragon rain break and the dragon dry its clothes?

According to the old custom, May 20th is the dragon rain, and June 6th of the lunar calendar is the dragon drying clothes.

These two items are traditional folk customs in our country. Dragon rain and frog rain are separated, and it rains in summer, sometimes separated by frogs, and sunny and rainy days are different.

The ancients believed that because dragons were in charge of rainfall in different areas, that is to say, a very close street, if it rained here and it didn't rain there, it was divided into dragon rain. The sixth day of the sixth lunar month is the day of drying dragon clothes, which is a long-standing and universal holiday custom in rural areas of China. On this day, every household has to move the suitcase outside the door and open the clothes to dry. This is the so-called dragon clothes drying, or dragon robe drying.
