What should I prepare to raise snails?

Raising snails requires the following preparations:

1. Habitat: Snails need a habitat suitable for life. Glass, plastic or metal boxes can be used as habitats, and the interior should be covered with appropriate moist soil.

2. Temperature and humidity: Snails need suitable temperature and humidity. Generally speaking, snails can survive at room temperature. Keeping the humidity of the habitat between 70% and 90% can be adjusted by spraying water and placing pots.

3. Feed: Snails mainly feed on vegetables, fruits and plant leaves. They can provide carrots, cucumbers, apples and other fruits and vegetables as staple foods, and at the same time provide some foods rich in calcium (such as eggshell fragments) to help snail shells grow.

4. Clean and change water: regularly clean the snail breeding ground, remove rotten food residues and excreta, and keep the environment clean and tidy. If the humidity of the habitat is too high, you can replace some wet soil.

5. Precautions: Avoid using toxic chemicals or drugs to contact snails, and avoid direct glare and excessive temperature change.
