The last account time is suggested to be a normal working day between Monday and Friday.

Newborn babies must provide:

(1) father's household registration book and resident ID card, and mother's household registration book and resident ID card.

(2) birth doctor's certificate.

(3) the birth index certificate issued by the family planning department, or the end certificate of unplanned birth punishment (above the rural township government and above the city streets).

(4) marriage certificate.
