First of all, the state has not stipulated the specific date of monthly salary payment. Article 50 of the Labor Law only stipulates that wages should be paid to the workers themselves on a monthly basis in the form of money. The wages of workers shall not be deducted or delayed without reason. Article 7 of the Interim Provisions on Wage Payment stipulates that wages must be paid on the date agreed by the employer and the employee. In case of holidays or rest days, payment should be made in advance on the nearest working day. Wages are paid at least once a month. If the weekly, daily and hourly wage system is implemented, wages can be paid by the week, day and hour.

2. As for paying wages at the beginning, middle and end of the month, it depends on the following aspects:

1) Salary is generally calculated based on attendance, assessment results and bonus payment basis. These calculations are passed to the wage accountant after being signed and confirmed, and then the conditions for paying wages are reached through various signing and approval processes. From this perspective, the efficiency of the company's internal processes (including the efficiency of providing financial and statistical data, etc. ) determines the earliest date when the company can pay wages. For enterprises whose financial accounting period is from 26th of last month to 25th of this month, the payment date can be earlier.

2) As long as there are conditions to pay wages, from the perspective of incentives, we think that the sooner the better, of course, so as to achieve immediate incentives and enhance employees' sense of belonging. For example, we can't move on the 8 th of each month, at least I haven't been late for ten years; From the perspective of humanistic care, most people are lenders (mortgage, car loan, credit card, etc. ). Some can agree on the repayment date, while others can't. Most of them are at the beginning of the month, in the middle of the month, and generally not at the end of the month.
