Dead. In the TV series The Last Warrior, Xiong Ji was killed by the Japanese. The Last Warrior is an anti-war drama directed by Lu, Yi Kun, Dong Qing and Cai Die. Based on the anti-Japanese uprising of the Miao people in Getun in the early 1940s, the play tells the story that the Miao people in western Hunan rebelled against the tyranny of tenancy, rose up and dealt a heavy blow to the reactionary Kuomintang rule, forcing the authorities to abolish the tenancy system that oppressed the Miao people in western Hunan for more than 1.6 years.
