Does it depend on the date to buy a house and see a house?

Generally speaking, I have never heard of choosing a date to see a house. I need to choose a good day to move.

There are several main factors in choosing a house:

1. Price (unit price-total price)

4. Huxing and orientation (south, southeast, southwest, north and south, north)

5. Residential property management

6. Geographical location and surrounding facilities (hospitals, banks, supermarkets, transportation lines, schools)
