Is Mei Jian's packaging plagiarized?

Many whiskies in Japan are packaged in this way, such as Hezhu, Baizhou and Cangji. This is a popular design style, which is also adopted in Mei Jian. However, the words on Mei Jian's package were written by Lu Jianzhi and Zhao Mengfu, ancient calligraphers in China, and kept the traditional aesthetics of China.
