Is it moving if you don't move in?

Just moving things without moving in is not moving, because moving to a new home must be done once.

Prepare rice, water, chopsticks, dustpan, broom, a new set of underwear, pillows and sheets, stoves, pots and other daily necessities before moving.

All the above things are moved into the new house, and then into other things, then the move is completed.
