(1) concept

(2) On-site visa application requirements

1) If the contractor completes sporadic projects outside the contract and incidents not attributable to the contractor at the request of the employer, the employer shall promptly issue instructions to the contractor in written form and provide the required relevant information; After receiving the instructions, the contractor shall promptly put forward the on-site visa requirements to the employer.

2) The Contractor shall submit the on-site visa report to the Employer within 7 days after receiving the instructions from the Employer, and the Employer shall verify and confirm the contents of the report or propose amendments within 48 hours after receiving the on-site visa report. If the contractor fails to confirm or propose amendments within 48 hours after receiving the contractor's on-site visa report, it shall be deemed that the on-site visa report submitted by the contractor has been approved by the Employer.

3) If the site visa has the corresponding unit price of daywork, the number of labor, materials, engineering equipment and construction machinery that affect the completion of this kind of project should be listed in the site visa.

If there is no corresponding daily work unit price for on-site visa work, the quantity and unit price of labor, materials, equipment and construction machinery needed to complete the visa work should be listed in the on-site visa report.

4) In case of on-site visa incident in the contract project, if the contractor carries out the construction without the confirmation of the employer's visa, the expenses incurred shall be borne by the contractor unless the employer's written consent is obtained.

5) Within 7 days after the completion of the on-site visa work, the contractor shall calculate the price according to the contents of the on-site visa and submit it to the Employer for confirmation, which will be paid at the same time as the progress payment as the increase of the contract price.

6) In the process of construction, due to site conditions, geology, hydrology and other reasons, as well as the requirements of the Employer, if the contents of the contract project are found to be inconsistent, the Contractor shall provide the required relevant information and submit it to the Employer for visa approval as the basis for contract price adjustment.
