After long-term research and technology introduction, the honey processing technology in high altitude and low pressure environment was preliminarily studied to produce unique plateau honey.

In recent years, Tibet has expanded the village-level collective economy by developing the leading industry of bee breeding, which not only solved the problem of "doing things without money" at the village level, but also consolidated the construction of grassroots organizations and drove the poor people out of poverty steadily. Through the exploration of scientific and technological personnel and many honey processing enterprises, the output of plateau honey has been continuously improved, the quality and nutritional value of honey have been guaranteed, and high-quality plateau honey has promoted the "sweet cause" of beekeepers.

According to the staff, on the basis of introducing advanced beekeeping technology from the mainland, Xizang Autonomous Region has formed a set of plateau beekeeping technology through the research and demonstration of bee biology, bee ecology, modern beekeeping management and bee product production technology in high altitude areas. Through the investigation of honey sources in the whole region, the route of releasing bees was determined and a group of beekeepers were trained. Bee production bases were established in Lhasa and Shannan respectively, and Chinese bee production base was established in Linzhi. 5,350 domesticated bees were introduced and 65 beekeepers were trained to master practical beekeeping techniques. This stems from the fact that during the village-level transition, villagers gave priority to talents who love bees, know bees and are willing to develop bee industry. In 20 13, in order to help villagers get rid of poverty and increase their income at home, Nimashqu, a village party secretary, organized six people, including four poor villagers, to set up a beekeeping cooperative in Renou Village. Under the guidance of technicians from the Agricultural Research Institute of the Autonomous Region Academy of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, the beekeeping cooperative began to make profits in 20 15, and its income increased to 700,000 yuan in 20 17. The four poor members of the cooperative not only got rid of poverty smoothly, but also promoted the participation of all villagers in Ren 'ou Village, and the per capita annual income increased from 2800 yuan in 20 12 to more than 9000 yuan this year. The successful research and effective promotion of plateau honey production technology is one of the scientific and technological promotion projects under the guidance of Xizang Autonomous Region's scientific and technological work policy of increasing farmers' income, serving "agriculture, countryside and farmers" and serving the industry. With the development of plateau honey industry scale and the improvement of product quality, quality and added value, pollination by bees is beneficial to improve the yield and quality of honey crops; Conducive to protecting the ecological environment; It is conducive to improving the ability of radiation to drive honey crop growers around honey breeding bases to get rich together, and the application of science and technology has promoted the improvement of economic, social and ecological benefits in Tibet.
