For the full subsidy of deed tax, Yanji Municipal Government stated that the municipal government adhered to the principle of "first purchase, then application, then subsidy" for farmers to purchase houses. After buying a house, farmers need to bring relevant materials to Yanji Real Estate Management Center to apply for preferential subsidy service window for farmers to buy a house in the city.

In addition, Yanji will also provide home appliance subsidies and decoration vouchers for farmers who buy houses.

According to the "Implementation Plan", the face value of home appliance vouchers is 500 yuan (with a consumption of over 5,000 yuan), 1000 yuan (with a consumption of over 1000 yuan) and 1500 yuan (with a consumption of over 1500 yuan), which can be used in cash in designated home appliance sales enterprises.

Farmers will subsidize the purchase of commercial housing in the form of decoration materials coupons. About 300 coupons are planned to be distributed. If the housing area is below 100 square meter, each household will be given 1.200 yuan vouchers subsidy; if the housing area is above 100 square meter, each household will be given 1.500 yuan vouchers subsidy. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of collection, and can be used in designated shopping malls for purchasing home building materials in urban areas.

In addition, real estate development enterprises will also provide preferential treatment. Willing and honest real estate development enterprises will provide 1-2 percentage points of additional concessions or total house payment relief.
