How to judge the seaworthiness range of a ship through the classification certificate

The seaworthiness of a ship means that it can meet the general safety requirements in all aspects of navigation and operation, and can overcome foreseeable risks and sail safely. "Maritime Law" stipulates: "Before and at the time of sailing, the carrier shall pay attention to making the ship seaworthy, properly manning the crew, equipping the ship and providing materials, and making the cargo hold, refrigerated hold, air-conditioned hold and other cargo holding places suitable and safe for receiving, transporting and keeping the goods." This provision is basically the same as Article 3 1 of The Hague Rules.
