Does Apple Calendar always send messages with viruses?

This is not a virus. This is the information of iMessage. If you turn it off, you won't receive these junk messages.

System version: iOS 14.5.

1. Open the information icon of Apple's mobile phone first, and then click Enter, as shown in the figure:

2. Next, find a contact who uses an Apple mobile phone, and then open the information interface of this contact, and you can see the iMessage logo in the input field of sending information.

3. Next, open the settings icon of the mobile phone, as shown:

4. Find the information option in the setting interface, and click Enter, as shown in the figure:

5. In the information setting interface, you can see the option of iMessage, and the switch at the back is turned on.

6. Then click Close.
