Time limit for engineering visa form

Legal analysis: the contractor shall complete the sporadic work outside the contract at the request of the employer, and submit a visa to the employer within 7 days after the employer's request, and the construction will begin after the employer's visa. If there is no corresponding daily work piece, the visa should also include the quantity and unit price of labor, the quantity and unit price of mechanical shifts, materials used, quantity and unit price, etc. If the employer disagrees with the visa, the contractor shall be responsible for the cost dispute after construction.

The Employer shall confirm or propose amendments within 48 hours after receiving the contractor's visa report, otherwise, the contractor's visa report shall be deemed as approved.

Article 770 A contract of employment is a contract in which the hiree completes the work according to the requirements of the hirer, delivers the work results, and the hirer pays the remuneration.
