The stone carvings left by Jia Sanjin

Jia Sanjin is a native of yi county, Shandong Province (now Yicheng District, Zaozhuang City). His real name is Xiu De, his real name is Shi Kui and his real name is Shiwushan. Also known as a surname, Lan Ling individual, Ning Qizi, Zhong Zhen laity, Ru Ru Taoist, etc. He experienced three emperors of the Ming Dynasty, was born in Jiajing, became an official in Qin Long, and died in Wanli. Guan Zhi Taichang Temple Shao Qing, Guanglu Temple Qing, assistant minister of the right Ministry of War. On July 29th in the 20th year of Wanli (1592), Jia Sanjin died of gangrene in his back at the age of 59. In the Ming Dynasty, most admonishers came to no good end and were finally convicted. Jia Sanjin repeatedly impeached important officials, remonstrated with the emperor, offended many dignitaries, but died peacefully in her native land, which was related to his insistence on seeing through the sinister officialdom, rushing to retreat, abandoning fame and relics, being true or not, and being careless.

Jia Sanjin was busy editing Yi County Records and his official career all his life, and rarely left Mo Bao. Now he has collected some of his stone carvings:

Yesanpo is located at the intersection of two mountains (Taihang Mountain and Yanshan Mountain) in northern China. Wei Taihang goes thousands of miles south along the border of Hebei, Shanxi and Henan, and Zheng Yanshan goes east along Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from here. Yesanpo is an extremely rare scenic spot in the north of China, with a total area of 498.5 square kilometers, which integrates Woong San's clear water, strange gorge and strange spring, cultural relics and historic sites, and ancient Zen of famous trees.

When you come to Yesanpo, what makes people feel the deepest about the local traditional culture is the cliff stone carving in Longmen Tianguan. On the cliff, Jia Sanjin, the right assistant minister of the Ministry of War in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, carved the four characters of "Wan Ren Tianguan" with great strength, which is still striking after hundreds of years of wind and rain erosion. "Wan Ren Tianguan", with a word height of 2. 15m, is magnificent. These stone carvings are rare calligraphy treasures, and many literati call Longmen Gorge a "cultural corridor" after visiting them.

Stone Mountain Spring Stone Carving, located in Liuyuan Town, Yicheng District, is one of the cultural relics protection units of China people and Shandong Province. In Liuyuan, Guanshi, Zaozhuang, a dozen meters to the west, there is a "Shiwu Mountain Spring" between two huge stones. Jia Sanjin once bought a field and a house here, which was the place where he studied in his early years and went back to his hometown three times to compose poems. "Yi County Records" records: "On the fifteenth mountain, the spring at the foot of the mountain is a small waterfall. After the summer rain, it is beneficial to vomit, the sound is like thunder, and the cold invades the muscles." The place where the spring water flows out has a purple cliff several feet high, which is gorgeous in color, firm in texture, deep and heavy, simple and charming. Chibi, whose top leans forward slightly, is like an artificial stone house. Cold spring water gurgles from the spring water, which is warm in winter and cool in summer, clean and sweet. The wall of the spring is engraved with the beautiful square characters of "Ten Houses Spring". On both sides, there are couplets with the title "Spring in the 20th year of Wanli, Jia Sanjin, the master of Lunatone". This is the last masterpiece left by Jia Sanjin four months before his death, and it is also his last visit to Shiwu Mountain Spring. ?

Shanting Xiji Zhao Pu Temple is a famous Buddhist temple in Guyi County, located in Shanting Xiji Town. There are only five halls left in the temple. There are three in the east and two in the west. Four bluestone panlong columns stand under the front porch of the main hall. On both sides of the main entrance of the main hall, the poems of Jia Sanjin, a bachelor of Hanlin in the Year of the Loong (1567 ~ 1572), are engraved.

It is engraved with the poems of the writer Jia Sanjin, and the handwriting is clear and complete. The stone tablet was carved in September of the 11th year of Wanli (A.D. 1583), which coincided with Jia Sanjin's second time at home after he was removed from the post of minister of Nanjing Guanglu Temple. During his five-year leisure time, he went to poor rural areas to write Yi County Records, visited his old place, visited Chunlin, and met the abbot Yuantai at Zhao Pu Temple. They had a heart-to-heart talk and were very speculative. Later, they often exchanged views on Buddhism and Zen. Although Jia Sanjin is a writer, he has profound attainments in Buddhism. The two poems embedded in the wall were left at the request of Yuan Tai when he visited Zhao Pu Temple twice in the autumn of the 11th year of Wanli, and the inscription on the right.

On the east side of the main hall stands a tablet of Jia Sanjin's poems. On an auspicious day in October at the end of Wanli, Jia Sanjin took advantage of his leisure time at home to recuperate and came to Zhao Pu Temple. He talked with Thai, the abbot at that time, and in the first half of the poem praised the achievements in restoring Zhao Pu Temple and the good environment of the temple. He said, "You visited Zhao Pu Temple in an orderly way." Lan Ruo stayed in Puxi for a long time, and the main monk Thai was with all the monks. The new temple was reclaimed into a treasure house. Yellow flowers, bamboos and bamboos are all bodhi, and every grass and tree belongs to merit, and only those with good roots can know it. The poem written by Jia Sanjin on his second visit to Zhao Pu Temple was originally started with an inscription: After the autobiographical lantern, the mountains have been opened to this day, and only gardens are rich in gold and precious in jade. It was reasonable, but it was unintentional. People naturally conquered this country and were fascinated by it for a long time. Wanli was lucky before October, just like a book written by Taoist Jia Sanjin. Although there are many names of Jia Sanjin, according to the data, there is only one place in the history of poetry and literature engraved with "Jia Sanjin, a Taoist". Therefore, it is extremely precious.

Jia Sanjin visited Zhao Pu Temple in early October of Wanli and came to Zhao Pu Temple again on the first day of November. Orderly before the poem: In early spring, he passed the Zhao Pu Zen Room, got to know monks and Thais, and he was simple in nature and understood the purpose of Zen, just like the fake purple clothes in troubled times. I tasted the Five Mountains early and now I'm back in my hometown. Its land is quiet and the peak is white, which seems to be the general idea of Buddhism, because it is also a poem.

Huangjia Courtyard is located in Tianzhu Village, Wulin Sub-district Office. It was built in the middle of Ming Dynasty. The former Huangjia Courtyard was a courtyard with four entrances. Now there is only a seven-room, two-story "backyard building" located in the middle of Tianzhu Mountain Village. This used to be the office of the village Committee, and there is a village square in front of it. At the gate of the compound stands a sign of a key cultural relics protection unit. Into the gate, is a straight tunnel, tree-lined, covered with rare moss in the northern region. On the right wall of the tunnel, there are two monuments with the same text. One is newly carved, and the other is an old monument. The inscription is Jia Sanjin's article "Rebuilding the Buddha's Mother Pagoda". The Buddha's Mother Pagoda is located in Tianzhu Mountain Buddha Temple. The original site has been destroyed by vicissitudes of life, this monument has also been destroyed, and the inscription has almost disappeared. A few years ago, several rural sages in the village collected and repaired the damaged old monuments, moved them to the village committee compound for protection, and carved new monuments on the side according to the records of Yixian Annals.

Although Jia Sanjin is a university student in yi county, he has written a lot in his life, but there are few inscriptions left. Maybe he is busy revising, adding or deleting Yi County Records, or maybe he is the author of Jin Ping Mei, and he devoted his whole life to this masterpiece.
