Self-help tour route, from low altitude to high altitude: Lhasa → Linzhi → Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon (Paizhen) → Linzhi → Lhasa → Yang Zhuo Yongcuo → Langkazi County → Jiangzi County → Shigatse → Mount Everest → Fixed date → Shigatse → Yangbajing → Dangxiong → Namtso. Among them, you need to rent a car on a fixed day → Everest, and the route from Shigatse to Yangbajing → Dangxiong needs to know whether there are buses and tour groups. If not, you need to rent a car;

2. Contact travel agencies in Lhasa in Beijing (many online) to join the tour, or find a travel agency to join the tour after arriving in Lhasa. These routes are available.

3. Travelers, car rental information and carpooling partners can be found in Dongcuo International Youth Hostel (beijing east road 10) in Lhasa, as well as in Asian hotels, Balangxue hotels and kirey hotels where there are many donkey friends.

There is a tent hotel in Everest base camp, but it is said to be very cold, so it is better to bring your own sleeping bag.
