Cuomiri Lake, also known as "Ice Lake", which means "clear eyes" in Tibetan, is an ancient moraine lake. Located 24 kilometers northwest of Bayi Town, Linzhi District, Tibet, it is the closest ancient moraine lake to Bayi Town. The primeval forest in the lake area, dominated by fir and golden bamboo, is well protected, and the mountains are full of azaleas, especially in autumn.

Cuomorihu Water Conservancy Scenic Area is located 22 kilometers northwest of Bayi Town, where Linzhi District Administrative Office is located. It is built on Cuomu and Rihu Lake, and it is the first national water conservancy scenic spot declared by Xizang Autonomous Region.

The scenic spots of Cuomu and Rihu consist of two plateau lakes, Cuomu, Ri and Angcuo, and traces of ancient glacier activities can be seen everywhere. The river area of the scenic spot is 52 square kilometers, and the lake surface is about 10 square kilometers. The lake is blue and clear, fish swim around in it, blue sky and white clouds, snowy mountains and grasslands, flowers and trees are reflected in the water, and water mist rises like a fairyland. Due to the influence of subtropical and alpine climate, biological communities are diverse, vegetation and wildlife resources are extremely rich, and the original natural features are well preserved. It is the most typical area in the world to display biodiversity, and it can be called a biological gene bank. Tibetan, Menba, Barrow and other ethnic minorities live in the scenic spot, which has unique ethnic customs.
