After years of publicity and education, some taboos with strong feudal superstition and discrimination against women have been abolished. So far, the more influential taboos are: giving birth to children, avoiding outsiders entering the house; Dai Xiao was forbidden to enter other courtyards; The bride goes to her mother's house to avoid coming home late; Welcome the new mother and avoid the funeral procession; A son-in-law is forbidden to share a room with a lover in his mother-in-law's house; Marriage should avoid door diseases (body odor) and so on.
