Allusions of lyre

The story of the lyre comes from Fu Zuoqin.

According to legend, Fuxi saw the phoenix perched on the buttonwood tree, and Ju Mang said to it, "Using this sacred tree as a musical instrument will last for thousands of years." Fuxi had the plane tree cut down and brought back to the tribe. They chose a good day and invited them to skillfully make musical instruments.

Later, the Queen Mother gave a banquet to the gods in Yaochi, Tiangong. For fun, Fuxi and his musical instruments were specially transferred to play live. Seeing this beautiful music and strange musical instrument, the gods called it "Li" (an ancient hieroglyphic "Qin") according to its origin, and even took the pictographic meaning of the king of birds in the phoenix today. It was the first time I saw this fresh object in the Yaochi of the Heavenly Palace, so I called the instrument created by Fuxi "lyre".

Cultural symbol of Qin dynasty:

Qin is a musical instrument with the highest cultural status in ancient China, and there are some sayings, such as "a scholar withdraws the Qin without reason" and "left the Qin and right the book". Ranked first among the four arts of "Qin, chess, calligraphy and painting", it is regarded as an elegant representative by literati and an accompaniment instrument sung by literati. Since ancient times, it has been a necessary knowledge and compulsory subject for many literati. The story of Boya and his bosom friend "flowing mountains and flowing waters" has been passed down to this day, and Qin is regarded as a symbol of friendship. Qin is found in a large number of poems.

Qin is the earliest stringed instrument of Han nationality and a treasure of Chinese culture. The physical objects unearthed from the tomb of Zeng Houyi in Hubei Province date back more than 2,400 years. Since the Tang and Song Dynasties, guqin products have been handed down from generation to generation. From the Southern and Northern Dynasties to the Qing Dynasty, there were more than 100 piano scores and 3000 piano pieces. There are also a large number of documents about pianists, piano theory, piano system and piano art, and the rich remains are among the best in Chinese musical instruments.
