What is the bottom of the point?
In the old tunpu, I built a house and lived for more than ten or twenty years. If the family lives safely in the house, the old people will die, the children will grow up healthily and the population will flourish. If the owner of the house is relatively rich, he will ask the local Taoism to choose a good day and hold a traditional ceremony on the foundation of the house where he lives, which is called "laying the earth". In this way, we pray that the Bodhisattva will continue to bless, bless the stability of the family, continue to prosper, and everything will go smoothly.
Tunpu people lived in their house for some years after it was restored, and then held a ceremony called "Dedication to the Earth" again. In fact, they once again thanked and prayed for Anzhen's Dizang Wang Dian and Wufang Long, which were disturbed when the building broke ground. Whether it is "breaking ground" before building a house or "laying the foundation stone" after building a house for several years, it is a supplement to the ceremony of offering sacrifices to the land gods after building a house, and everything comes from the worship of the land and the awe of the gods by Tunpu people.
