Namco, also known as Namco Lake, is located on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in China. In Tibetan, "Cuo" means "Lake". Local Tibetans call it "Tengger Caspian Sea", which means "Tianhu Lake". Believers regard it as one of the four great lakes. According to legend, it is the Dojo where the tantric deity wins Le King Kong, and it is a famous holy place of Tibetan Buddhism. Namco is located between Dangxiong County, Lhasa City, Tibet and Bango County, Naqu District.

The lake is 4718m above sea level, with a total length of more than 70km from east coast to west coast and a width of more than 30km from south coast to north coast, with a total area of1900km2. It is the second largest saltwater lake in China and the highest saltwater lake in the world, with a depth of about 33 meters. Lake Namco is supplemented by the melting of snow and ice in Nyainqentanglha Mountain, and many streams are injected along the lake. The lake is clear and transparent, and the lake is sky blue. Water and sky are the same color, as if you were in a fairyland.
