Plot analysis of the English drama The Stranger

Stranger is an original series released by Netflix in 2020. It is an English drama with the theme of thriller and suspense reasoning. Adapted from Haranko's best-selling novel of the same name. The main actors include richard armitage, the Hobbit, and Hannah Jon-Carmen, an ant man and a wasp woman.

The story tells that Adam is a father with a happy family and a model couple admired by everyone in the community. With their two sons, they often go to the football club, but one day a strange woman told his wife the truth about fake pregnancy, which made the originally happy life completely out of tune, and a bigger plot was waiting for Adam to discover.

Since Adam's wife disappeared, almost all the plots have taken a turning point, seemingly unrelated but closely connected, and different characters have ulterior or amazing relationships, which is equivalent to the original Netflix thriller "Disconnected" that was put on the shelves a few months ago.

What is commendable is that the layout of the whole series is almost flawless. A seemingly simple disappearance case can be linked with complicated relationships, and it is impossible to guess who the murderer or the person behind the scenes is until the end.

After Adam found out that the strange woman turned out to be his half-sister, but the plot was completely unprepared, their feelings advanced by leaps and bounds, and the strange woman took a bullet for Adam. The change of role relationship seems to be too fast and unreasonable, but it still attracts reporters to follow because they want to find the answer.
