On the second and sixteenth day of the lunar calendar, porcelain makers must buy wine, meat, chicken, fish, tea and rice, and burn incense and candles in front of the main list of kiln heads. Then cook three animals for sacrifice and set a banquet for the helper and master, which is called "crossing the moon". Choose an auspicious day to build a kiln. The eighteenth day of the seventh lunar month is the day of kiln sacrifice.
