Those who have inherited the property for five years and have few family houses are also exempt from tax. Transaction cost: 5 yuan/m2. 80 yuan. Notarization fee: The notarization fee for inheritance rights is charged at 2% of the appraised real estate price inherited by the heirs, which is not lower than that of 200 yuan.
