On this day, all the families who traveled away from home went back to their hometown for a reunion night and ate New Year's Eve around the stove. The most important thing about New Year's Eve is a big fish, but it can't be finished, which symbolizes "more than one year". After the New Year's Eve, the oldest elder in the family sits in the main hall, and the younger generation pays New Year greetings in turn. Usually, after New Year's greetings, people are allowed to start gambling on small money. Whether they gamble or not, they usually keep vigil until midnight, when firecrackers are set off and the New Year officially begins. ■ The next day

The married daughter could have gone back to her parents' home any day, but it is said that going back to her parents' home for the first time will lead to poverty, so she will go back the next day. On the other hand, it is a compulsory social norm to go back to parents' home on the second day of junior high school, because women's status was not high before, and they were worried that if they got married, they might never be able to go home for the rest of their lives, so this custom came into being. On the second day of junior high school, married women, together with their husbands and children, bring some gifts back to their parents' home to pay New Year greetings. When I return to my parents' home, I will pay New Year greetings to my grandparents and parents first, and then give them red envelopes. These elders also give red envelopes to grandchildren brought back by their daughters. If you have siblings at home, of course, you should give them red envelopes. Because of his lewd words and deeds, he was punished by the jade emperor into the human kitchen, hanging out with women all day, and staying on earth as a land god to monitor the good and evil of human words and deeds. However, after sending God, there is still a God to take over, and he will not return to Earth to continue his mission until he "meets the sky". It is also commonly known as "sending air to the gods and receiving the rain from the gods". I hope that the gods will have the help of Fengshen and ascend to heaven as soon as possible; On the fourth day of the first month, when receiving the gods, I hope it will rain, which is the rain brought by the gods when they came down to earth.

Xie Zao's specific steps:

Xie Zao gave a banquet to see me off. Our farewell party needs to be held before people leave, otherwise, people have already left. How can we see them off? So the time can't be later than the day when people leave, and so is Xie Zao. On the other hand, it is impossible to bid farewell too early, and 10 can't leave either. We can't hold a farewell dinner in February. The funny thing is that the time is too far apart.

When should I thank the stove?

This requires first knowing when the Kitchen God passed away and returned to the Heavenly Palace. In fact, the day of returning to the Heavenly Palace is on the 24th of the twelfth lunar month. Generally speaking, it is best to offer sacrifices to thank the stove on this day, which is the most appropriate. But if it can't be done on this day for various reasons, it should be before this day, but not too early or before1February 14. In other words, you can thank the stove on any day from1February 14 to 24.

The offerings used to thank the stove have their own characteristics, which are different from praying to other gods. Because Xie Zao has the meaning of bribery, so let Zao Jun feel happy and feel My Sweetie's.

Xie Zao has twelve kinds of offerings.

1, sandalwood

Sandalwood has a special fragrance, which can convey the prayers for the gods.

2, longevity incense three branches

This is not necessary, but if the home environment allows a large incense burner to accommodate three long-lived incense sticks, it can greatly enhance the worship significance of sandalwood.

3. A pair of red candles

Candlelight gives off light to show respect for the kitchen god and make him feel like a distinguished guest.

4. Three glasses of wine

Wine is a luxury, but it can make people happy. There must be no shortage of wine. Food without wine is always a fly in the ointment. I offered three glasses of wine to Kitchen God, and let my sleeves drink it. My brain was a little drunk and confused, which made me forget some responsibilities and I was flattered. Xie Zao is indispensable to wine, especially it is best to use some high-quality and mellow wine.

5. Three cups of tea

The value of fine tea is not inferior to that of famous wines and delicacies. Don't use bland "bargains" indiscriminately when offering sacrifices to the Kitchen God. Only a little high-quality tea with boiled water can please the kitchen god.

6, rice bowl three pairs of chopsticks three pairs

This is used to let the kitchen god enjoy the food. Although there is no food in the bowl, it already contains the meaning of inviting dinner.

7. Gold and silver paper

This is a symbol of treasure. Bribery can't make money. There is a saying: money can make god understand! So prepare gold and silver paper and give it to the kitchen god to make him happy. When praying to different gods, the combination of gold and silver paper will be somewhat different. You can learn more about this from the paper shop.

8, soup pill

Before Xie Zao, cook some soup, which is used to make Zao Jun feel sweet and sweet to the Jade Emperor, but when you want to speak ill, the Jade Emperor can't hear you clearly today because the soup sticks to his mouth and his sleeves are not clear.

9.sugar and other desserts

Candy and other desserts should be used to worship the kitchen god. Its meaning is the same as that of Tang Jiu. Sugar makes the chef feel sweet and speaks sweeter. You can directly use the plate to hold some white sugar, brown sugar, rock sugar, sliced sugar and so on. And it is better to use maltose, because maltose is sweet and sticky. Taking maltose as a sacrifice can not only make the chef full of My Sweetie, but also make maltose stick to the mouth of the sleeve like paste, so that the sleeve will be very sweet when it wants to say something nice; And when I want to speak ill, I can't make a sound.

10, vegetarian dishes

Kitchen God is not a vegetarian. You can eat meat and vegetables. Otherwise, how can you become a kitchen god? You should know that most people in the world eat meat and vegetables together. Offering vegetarian dishes to Kitchen God means letting Kitchen God enjoy delicious vegetarian dishes.

1 1, barbecue

Barbecue can best highlight the delicacy of meat. Barbecue is the most delicious taste of pigs, so it can be used for barbecue. All-golden pigs are ideal. It's not surprising that there are many guests, but you can only use a large piece of barbecue.

12, five kinds of fruits

You can quench your thirst with oranges or apples.

Xie Zao sacrificial ceremony;

When thanking the kitchen god, you should prepare a table in front of the kitchen god's throne with a farewell feeling, and put all the offerings, including all the food and gold and silver paper, neatly on the table with a censer in the middle.

First, light the incense burner, make three obeisances respectfully, and then insert the incense burner. Then sincerely pray, kneel before the throne of Kitchen God, put your hands together respectfully, and tell your wishes truthfully, such as asking the Kitchen God not to speak ill in front of the Jade Emperor, so that the house can be blessed by the Jade Emperor. Then, sprinkle a little of each cup of tea and wine on the ground in front of the shrine to show respect for tea.

Pick up the gold and silver paper, bow respectfully in front of the kitchen god for three times, then pass the gold and silver paper to the red candle, light it and put it into the cornucopia for incineration. When the gold and silver paper is burned out, it is considered that the stove is burned out.

Remind friends to pay attention: after thanking the stove, you must pick up the stove, and thanking the stove is to send away the kitchen king; Connecting the kitchen is to welcome the kitchen god. Kitchen God will not stay in heaven forever. He went to heaven to report. On the fourth day of the first lunar month, he will return to earth and return to the kitchens of various families to "stand guard". The way to connect the stove is relatively simple. No need for dessert, just some fruits, three incense sticks and sincere worship.
