The warranty period of roof waterproofing project is five years, counting from the date of project completion acceptance.

Legal basis: Article 7 of the Measures for Quality Warranty of Housing Construction Projects in People's Republic of China (PRC): Roof waterproofing works, leakage prevention of bathrooms, rooms and external walls with waterproof requirements, and the warranty period is five years. The warranty period is calculated from the day after completion/handover acceptance.
