June 19: What is the law meeting?

June 19 is the avalokitesvara dharma meeting, and June 19 is avalokitesvara dharma day.

June 19 is an important anniversary of Buddhism-Avalokitesvara Enlightenment Day. Folk people believe that chanting, chanting, holding spells and releasing people on this day is still a great victory, with boundless merits. There are many legends about why June 19 is designated as Bodhisattva Awakening Day. Legend has it that Princess Miaoshan attained enlightenment on June 19th, and now thousands of hands and eyes are looking at Avalokitesvara, so later generations designated this day as Avalokitesvara's Daoist Day.
