Jiaduobao Group is a large-scale professional beverage production and sales enterprise headquartered in Hong Kong. 1995 the first can of red "Wang Lao Ji" went on the market. Later, GPHL leased the trademark of Wang Laoji to Jiaduobao for use. Now that the lease has passed two years, GPHL wants to take back the right to use Wang Laoji's trademark. Wang Lao Ji is an old brand, which was nationalized during the period of public-private partnership and belonged to Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group.
