Where is Yanji?

Yanji City is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in Jilin Province, and it is also the capital of the autonomous prefecture. It is located in the east of Jilin Province, in the middle of Yanbian Prefecture, at the northern foot of Changbai Mountain, and in the hinterland of Northeast Asian economic circle. It is a fulcrum on the Chinese side of the Great "Golden Triangle" of Tumen River drawn up by the United Nations.

There are obvious differences in landforms in Jilin Province. The terrain inclines from southeast to northwest, showing the characteristics of high in southeast and low in northwest. Taking the Great Black Mountain in Central China as the boundary, it is divided into two landforms: the eastern mountainous area and the central and western plain.
