Pengshi Luofu Shuanglong Success Buddha

As we all know, the image of female Ana is the most perfect Buddha statue, which is translated into Shuanglong Buddha or Success Buddha in Chinese. So his name is Shuanglong Buddha, and there are two dragons on both sides of the Buddha statue. As for being called the Buddha of Success, believers believe that after praying for him, they can be blessed, have a smooth business and have a successful career. Later, everyone combined these two names into one, called Shuanglong Success Buddha.

The Ssangyong Success Buddha is enshrined in the jade bone Baofo Temple (also known as the Big Buddha Temple) in Pengshiluo House. The Buddha statue was cast in Sukhothai, the first dynasty in Thailand (about AD12nd century). At that time, Thailand had just stopped fighting with its neighbors, and Emperor Danmala Chatilai ordered the construction of Buddhist temples to worship three Buddha statues: Putuo Qinna Buddha, Sasada Buddha and Shuanglong Success Buddha.

The auspicious day for casting Buddha statues was chosen on a Thursday in April of the Year of the Monkey. On that day, the most virtuous monks, royalty, monks and many skilled craftsmen were invited to the temple to start casting Buddha statues. After half a day's efforts, two Buddha statues were successfully cast, but the Shuanglong Buddha statue was successfully cast after several efforts.

Emperor Tile was on the scene to supervise the work, and he was very anxious when he saw that the Buddha statue could not be cast. I'm afraid it's a bad omen that it's not finished after the auspicious time. Just when the sun was shining, a group of white people rushed to the scene, carrying casting tools, and it took only a few minutes to burn a column of incense and cast the Ssangyong Buddha statue successfully.

Just as everyone cheered for success and Emperor Tilley was about to order a reward, this group of white people who had made great contributions suddenly disappeared without a trace. Everyone present believed that the successful Shuanglong Buddha statue could be forged by the power of the Bodhisattva.

Since the Ssangyong Success Buddha was enshrined in the Great Buddha Temple, Thailand has never had a war with its neighbors. For hundreds of years, people have lived a good life of good weather, peace and prosperity.

/kloc-In the 9th century, the most popular emperor Rama V built the Fifth Emperor Temple in the capital Bangkok. At that time, he was considering which Buddha statue would be the main Buddha in the temple. When he saw the successful statue of Shuanglong in the Great Buddha Temple during a trip to Peng Shiluo House, he was immediately attracted by the perfect and solemn image of the Buddha statue, which also solved the problem that hung in his heart for a long time.

At first, Emperor V planned to move the Ssangyong Successful Buddha statue of the Great Buddha Temple to the Emperor V Temple in Bangkok, because it was the shortest way. However, no matter how much manpower and machinery are used in the relocation project, it is impossible to move the Buddha statue. The local people were afraid that their luck would be affected after the Buddha statue was moved, so they begged the Fifth Emperor not to move the successful Buddha statue of Ssangyong.

Seeing the miracle of Ssangyong's success as a Buddha, the Five Emperors also worried that the relocation of the Buddha statue would affect the national luck, and finally came up with an alternative method. Is to recast an identical Buddha statue with the mold left by the white man that day. The old Buddha statue has not been removed, and the new Buddha statue is enshrined in the Five Emperors Hall. From then on, Shanxin in Bangkok did not have to travel long distances, but had to take a bus for more than ten hours to visit the Shuanglong Success Buddha in the Big Buddha Temple in Pengshiluo.

In many temples, the Ssangyong Success Buddha, which is set in the posture of Buddha winning the magic meditation seat, is made into a mouth-shaped Buddha card for good believers to wear. The most famous one was made during the Sino-Indian War in 2485 (about 1960s). At that time, 108 of the most famous monks were invited from Qusude Temple, a national first-class Buddhist temple, to recite scriptures for these Buddhist cards.

Later, some collectors got these Buddha cards, and then asked the sculptor to decorate each one. It is said that some of them spent more than two months decorating, and they did it very carefully. So far, there are only 100 successful Buddhist cards in Ssangyong, Thailand, which is very rare.
