Yanji's specialties are: Bao fan, Yanbian cold noodles, pencil necked mala Tang, Quanzhou stone pot bibimbap, bibimbap, rice sausage, Mount Kumgang kimchi, cake making, beef soup rice, dog broth, miso soup, sugar dilution nutrition and so on. Yanji (county level) is the capital of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in Jilin Province and the center of politics, economy, culture and foreign exchanges in the whole state. Located in the east of Jilin Province, in the middle of Yanbian Prefecture, at the northern foot of Changbai Mountain. Yanji cold noodles
