Background information of Changchun-Kyrgyzstan integration

Jilin City is located in the east of central Jilin Province and is the second largest city in Jilin Province. Jilin is a famous historical and cultural city and a kind of open city approved by the State Council. Jilin is rich in resources and is one of the few cities in China that is not short of water.
